Hello there!
U:1 have been very busy bees organising and making artwork for our next exhibition. The exhibition is titled 'Spaces' and will take place at 'The Pipe' gallery.
The Pipe is a new contemporary art space in the heart of Plymouths historic Barbican housed within a 200 year old vault, which is unique in shape and ambience.
For the first time it is open to the public and artists from the U:1 artists collective will be exhibiting work developed in response to this unique, historic space.
As well as making artwork for the exhibition U:1 have helped in the transformation of the space into a gallery.
Artists in show: Hannah Jump, David Hadley, Helen Manley, Michael Chant, Lee McDonald, Liam Symes, Charlotte Lorenzi, Charlotte Patton, Eve Woodbridge and Timo Franc
Art on show: painting, collage, drawing, sculpture, video, sound, photography.
For all the details- see the flyer below

Also- U:1 are currently exhibiting work in a delightful cafe/bar called 'Number 8' which is located on North Hill in Plymouth. We are planning to have a small private view in the near future but for now you should pop in, grab a drink and take a look around.
Thanks for reading- and we will see you soon
